Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

• Exchanges: If the product is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

• Refunds: Refunds are only issued if the product is unavailable or cannot be replaced. Refunds will be processed through bank transfer.

• Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Delivery charges (Rs. 200) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
